What are Think Alouds?
At Tigist Petites, we believe presence is cultivated from the inside out and expressed from the outside in. What we wear matters, but so do the conversations, decisions, and communities that help us understand who we are and how we want to move through the world.
Through panels, workshops, webinars, facilitated discussions, and other interactive experiences, Think Alouds brings together thoughtful women across industries to explore the questions that shape how we work, lead, communicate, decide, and show up.
Designed for workplaces, employee resource groups, professional associations, universities, private clubs, and communities that value meaningful dialogue and personal growth, Think Alouds creates space for women to think out loud together about topics such as presence, leadership, self-trust, professional identity, authenticity, communication, decision-making, influence, and building without a blueprint.
