Think Alouds
A conversation series by Tigist Petites exploring presence, power, professional identity, and building a life and career with intention.
What are Think Alouds?
Think Alouds bring together thoughtful women across industries for guided conversations on leadership, professional identity, communication, decision-making, influence, and self-trust.
At Tigist Petites, we believe presence is cultivated from the inside out and expressed from the outside in. What we wear matters, but so do the conversations, decisions, and communities that shape how we move through the world.
Designed for workplaces, employee resource groups (ERGs), universities, professional associations, private clubs, and communities, each Think Aloud creates space for participants to reflect, connect, and think out loud together. Participants leave with new language for challenges they may have been carrying alone, practical perspectives from women across fields, and a stronger sense of clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Hosts receive a thoughtfully curated and professionally facilitated Tigist Petites experience, featuring accomplished women from diverse professional backgrounds, guided audience engagement, and conversations designed to be substantive, intimate, and relevant.
At its core, Think Alouds are about exploring important questions in community rather than grappling with them in isolation.
“An incredible night—thank you to everyone for sharing your insights and Tigist for your thoughtful moderation! Looking forward to more enlightening conversations uplifting a community of power women.”
